Gifterria (“we,” “our,” or “us”) allows users to sign in or interact with our website using Facebook Login. When you choose this option, we may receive certain information from Facebook, such as your name, email address, profile photo, and Facebook User ID.

We use this information only to create and manage your customer account, verify identity, and provide access to our services. We do not sell Facebook-provided information or personal data to third parties.

Information We Collect

In connection with your use of gifterria.us, we may also collect and store:

  • Phone numbers (if voluntarily provided)

  • Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations

  • Contract enforcement or dispute resolution

After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in using Facebook unless a new account is created.

    Please include:

    • Full name

    • Email address associated with Facebook Login

    • Optional: Facebook User ID

To protect user privacy, we may request additional information to verify your identity before processing.

Removing Gifterria Access Through Facebook

You may also remove Gifterria’s Facebook data access directly through Facebook:

Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites

Once removed, Facebook will stop sharing data with us.

Data Retention and Security

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to operate our services or comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect stored data.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to:
