Processing Times

Order Handling: Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed by 2 PM PT typically ship the same business day.

Pre-Orders / Backorders: Ship on the date indicated at checkout; your order may arrive in multiple packages.

Shipping Fees

Free Standard Shipping: On all U.S. orders over $49 (after discounts, before taxes).

Rates for orders under the threshold and for expedited options are shown at checkout and depend on weight, destination, and method.
Tracking

Real-Time Tracking: Every order includes a tracking link sent by email/SMS when your package ships.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans your package.
Address Changes & Order Edits

We start processing quickly. If you need to update your address or edit your order, contact us immediately at care@gifterria.us.

Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.
Delivery Issues

Lost / Stuck in Transit: If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ business days, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Damaged / Missing Items: Please inspect upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.

Gifterria is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO

Standard shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses is available for eligible items. Some oversized or restricted items may not qualify.
International Shipping

Transit Time: Typically 7–10 business days to most locations.

Duties & Taxes: Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

International delivery times are estimates and may be extended by customs processing.
Undeliverable / Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we’ll issue a refund minus shipping fees once received and processed. Reshipments may require an additional shipping charge.
